Olivia & Brandon have been operating Hairloom since 2019. Olivia has been grooming for over 14 years; she has a background in pet med as well as dog/cat grooming. Brandon has been in the industry since 2021; he works with our mobile unit for big dogs. Together they have a toddler and four dogs at home. They are excited to bring the salon to the area!
Occasionally grooming can expose hidden medical problems, and in some cases aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. In the event you are unable to be reached we will seek immediate veterinary care if there is a medical emergency. Please make sure your groomer is aware of all medical issues, food related, or seasonal allergies before your appointment.
Our cleaning protocols ensure we provide a safe, healthy environment. Please let us know if your pet becomes sick prior to bringing them to our salon!
While accidents are rare and diligently avoided there is always the risk when working with animals. Every measure is taken to prevent such accidents from occurring; however, accidents can happen. Your pet's safety is our top priority; in the event of an accident, you will be notified immediately.
Some pets have difficulty during the grooming process. We tailor our grooming care to the specific needs of each individual pet, which can prolong the grooming process. Charges may incur depending on how much time was spent working with your pet outside of our usual allocated time frames.
We recommend every pet be up to date on all vaccines and on a monthly flea and tick preventative. If fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process there will be an extra charge and your pet will be given a natural based flea and tick shampoo treatment. *This does not protect your pet against fleas and ticks and should not be used as a preventative.*
Please have your cat in a carrier for your appointment time.
We require a 48 hour notice for rescheduling. *All appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of scheduled appointment per pet*
*If you are late arriving to your appointment past 15 minutes your appointment will be forfeited and the cancelation fee applied.*
Please consider this before scheduling.
Hairloom Cat Hotel retains the right to refuse service at any time. If your pet is aggressive or has severe anxiety and puts themselves or their groomer in danger services will be stopped and the owner will be charged for the time spent up to that point in the process.
If you are unhappy for any reason with the services provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be more than happy to correct the concerns.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash and card.
Our software sends appointment confirmations two days prior to the scheduled day and time. Please review the time and confirm the appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be forfeited.
Matted coats require extra time and care to remove the coat safely. The hair grows tight against the skin and the grooming process can uncover sores, irritated/infected skin, moles, bumps and lumps. Severe matting resulting in shaving the hair to the skin can cause irritation, itchiness, blood blisters, hematomas, etc. We will detangle the coat if it is not severe and will not cause added stress to your pet. Your groomer reserves the right to refuse dematting the coat or ending services if the process is causing pain to your pet. Coat maintenance is essential to keep your pet from becoming matted. Brushing your pet daily or every other day for longer coats is highly recommended in between appointments. A 4-6 week schedule is recommended for every pet.
